We will first discuss if i can do the commission for you, and i will do a rough draft of your design & idea. If i cannot make it you will get your money refunded if it's already paid! Otherwise i will not do refunds unless the money did not go through properly.Majority of the time, i will need a full reference of the character depending on the size of the art you choose, but i always appreciate full references.
